EVES Outdoor and Living is proud to present the MOTAT Marvel, a testament to our versatility and commitment to community enrichment. This project entailed creating an inventive 400m2 playground, conducting an extensive asbestos removal, and introducing a wonderful metal train feature. Through the harmonious integration of playfulness, safety, and sustainability, the MOTAT Marvel serves as an emblem of our holistic approach to outdoor spaces.
MOTAT, a vibrant community hub, called for a revitalised outdoor space that could provide a safe and stimulating environment for families. EVES Outdoor and Living, armed with expertise in creating captivating outdoor spaces and environmental management,
embarked on this transformative journey.
EVES Outdoor and Living undertook a multi-faceted approach in realising the MOTAT Marvel:
Cutting-edge Playground: A complete, 400m2 playground was constructed, featuring state-of-the-art equipment. One of the
defining elements was the use of recycled Nike shoes as the playground mat, epitomising our dedication to sustainability and innovation.
Asbestos Abatement: Recognizing the paramount importance of community safety, an extensive asbestos removal process was
undertaken. The operation was meticulously conducted at night to ensure the safety and well-being of the public.
Metal Train Feature: Adding a touch of historical nostalgia and intrigue, an intricately designed metal train playground feature was installed. This feature not only adds a sense of wonder but also pays homage to the area’s rich heritage
