Nestled in the historic Beaconsfield locale, this project was born from a vision to transform an old beaten-up villa into a sanctuary of contemporary indulgence and comfort. The client, seeking to preserve the nostalgic essence while upgrading its livability, entrusted EVES Outdoor and Living with the extensive transformation. We seized the opportunity to artistically blend vintage charm with
avant-garde opulence.
Our comprehensive renovation blueprint encompassed an array of exquisite enhancements, thoughtfully tailored to craft a harmonious blend of practicality and splendour.
Addition of Space: Recognizing the modern-day need for roomier abodes, we judiciously extended the villa by appending an extra
bedroom and two full bathrooms. This delicate augmentation ensures that the home is primed to host and entertain guests without
sacrificing comfort.
Kitchen Reimagining: The kitchen, often heralded as the heart of the home, received a thorough revamp. Incorporating
state-of-the-art appliances, spacious countertops, and intelligent storage solutions, we’ve redefined culinary artistry within this
space.
Outdoor Living Oasis: To foster a connection with nature, an extensive 160m2 outdoor area was designed and built. It features a magnificent deck that seamlessly integrates with the garden, offering an idyllic space for al fresco dining, family gatherings, or
meditative retreats.
Being staunch proponents of eco-friendly living, EVES Outdoor and Living incorporated sustainable practices in the Beaconsfield project. We employed energy-efficient appliances, water-conserving fixtures, and native plants in the garden that not only thrive but contribute to the local ecosystem.
